Why this website was created

Welcome to my website, the home of my writing portfolio and health and well-being blog. Here you will find a collection of my best work which showcases my writing potential and also where I use to share my passion for natural health practices, including nutritious foods and herbal medicine through my blog articles. 


In my blog articles I draw on my MSc Public Health and BSc (Hons) Healthcare Science (Physiological Sciences) degrees, hands-on healthcare experience and my own personal health to explore ways to improve our health while preserving the enjoyment of cultural cuisine and general life activities.
